Find the same part cheaper at another authorized U.S. dealer and we will beat that price — even if the part is not listed on our site yet. The conditions are below.

How to claim it

Call or email us with the part number and a link to where you found the lower price, and we will check it and come back to you.

  • Price match requests must reach us before you place the order, so we can verify the competitor's price and stock while it is still live.
  • The part must be new, in stock at the competitor, and identical — same part number, size, color and model year where those apply.
  • The competitor has to be an authorized U.S. dealer for that brand.
  • We match on total item cost, so shipping, handling, taxes and any other fees on both sides count toward the comparison.

What we cannot match

  • Closeout, clearance and backordered items
  • Blemished stock, demo units and factory seconds
  • Free-with-purchase offers and free shipping promotions
  • Competitor coupon codes
  • Verbal or emailed quotes
  • Auction sites such as eBay
  • Amazon.com
  • Tires

We also cannot always match a price that is out of date: when a manufacturer raises its prices, some sites are slow to update, and the old number is no longer a real price.

Price matching cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or discounts. Direct Cycle Parts approves or declines each request at its discretion, and we may change or withdraw this guarantee at any time without notice.
