  • Go from 96" to 106" for 2007-2012 Big Twins or go from 88" to 97" for 1996-2006 Big Twins.
  • Largest bore that we feel can safely be used in a cylinder with a stock spigot O.D..
  • Bolt-on 9 to 10 cubic inches - cylinders do not require crankcase machining to install.
  • Increased fin area for better heat dissipation.
  • Forged coated pistons are compatible with stock or S&S Super Stock® 79cc & 89cc heads.
  • Valve pocket recessed in S&S pistons are enlarged for oversize valves and higher lift cams.
  • 11 fins and full fin pattern on cam side closely resembles OEM shape.
  • S&S logo and part numbers are less conspicuous.
  • Silver powder coat or wrinkle black powder coat cylinder finish color matches Harley-Davidson® finish.

Kit Contains:
