TERMS
Please read this information completely before you make a purchase from DirectCycleParts.com. These terms govern all of our sales, and may not be changed. These terms shall be interpreted according to California law. Your placing an order, whether signed or unsigned, will constitute acceptance of these terms and guarantee of payment on order and under the guidelines set below. The internet is an ever changing medium and we reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement. By continuing to use the site after we post any such changes, you accept these modified terms.

EMISSIONS NOTICE – CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
Exhaust systems for non-catalyst equipped motorcycles as well as slip-fit mufflers that mount downstream of catalysts are considered legal replacement parts in California. California does not, however, permit the use of aftermarket exhaust systems that remove original equipment catalysts unless a California Air Resources Board (CARB) Executive Order has been issued. Although some manufacturers have applications on file with CARB and has completed durability testing for its catalyst systems, approval has not been granted at this time. Until CARB approval is obtained, exhaust systems that remove original equipment catalysts are legal in California for racing use only, you may NOT use them for street use. You are responsible for making sure any exhaust systems installed are for legal use only. Some fuel tuner systems are not legal for street use in California. For systems legal for street use in California, please refer to CARB E.O. No. D-632.

Exhaust Systems, Fuel Tuners, Air Cleaners, and any other emissions related part that do not comply with the state of California regulations, CANNOT be sold to customers located in California.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At DirectCycleParts.com, we offer hassle free return and exchanges for 30 days. Should you need to return an item, please call or email us, and we will issue an Return Authorization number. The item must be unused and unaltered. (New in original packaging/box & not installed). Any indication the item has been installed and it is no longer returnable.

Special orders and custom made parts are not returnable for any reason
Opened/Installed Electronics can only be warrantied for a replacement of the same unit. There are no returns or exchanges on any opened electronic device, except to exchange/warranty for the same unit.
ALL seats and large handlebars are subject to a $25 restocking fee plus return shipping.

We are not responsible for any labor or installation costs. Any manufaturer defects that may cause additional labor or costs are not the responsibilty of DirectCycleParts.com or the manufacturer.

Shipping: We will issue a call tag for the return if requested. You will not be charged up front, however $7.95 will be deducted from your refund or exchange. If you choose to send the parts back on your own, you will not be charged the $7.95. ALL returns still require an Return Authorization number.

The $7.95 return call tag applies to any item that is not classified as “oversize”. Oversize items may include, but are not limited to: Handlebars, Exhaust, Tires, Fairings, and more. The return shipping cost is based on the weight and size of the oversize item. There is a maximum of $30.00 for the return shipping cost.

Restocking: There will not be a restocking fee if returned within in 30 days, AND the parts are in the original packaging/unused. Any returns after 30 days, or opened items will be charged $8.95 or 10%, whichever is higher. Used items are not returnable.

Warranty: For items with a manufacturers warranty, please follow thier instructions. If warranty information was not included, please call the manufactuer, or our sales team for more information.

SHIPPING
We offer free delivery via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail on orders over $149 to the contigious United States only. There is a flat rate of $7.95 for orders under $149. Any over size or non-standard item fees may apply, and will be noted clearly on the prodcut page before adding the item to your shopping cart. All shipping charges on orders outside of the US 48 states are the responsibility of the customer.

Hazardous material do not qualify for free shipping, this includes all motor oils. All orders under $149 will have the standard $7.95 shipping charge. All orders containing Hazardous materials over $149, (ie, a case of oil) will have shipping added after you place the order. We will notify you of the shipping charges before we process the order.

Expedited shipping services are avaiable, including UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saturday Delivery, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, FedEx First Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 2Day, FedEx 2Day A.M., FedEx Express Saver (3 Day), Express Mail, Priority Mail, and First Class Mail. Additional shipping charges may apply. You must contact us for these shipping options.

If an item can be shipped faster, it will be at no additional charge. We try to have most orders delivered with a transit time of 3 days or less when possible.

Orders over $250 may require signature on Delivery.

DirectCycleParts.com guarantees the lowest price on every product. If you have found a lower price anywhere else, let us know and we will beat it. Even if it cant be found on our website, we will still beat the price. Just call or email us and we will take care of you. Please have the product information available along with where you found the lower price.

In order to verify current pricing and availability, price match requests must be received prior to ordering.
Product(s) must be new and in stock in the same size, color and year (if applicable).
Competitor website must be an authorized U.S. dealer.
Price matching applies to the total item cost. This includes shipping handling, taxes, or any other applicable fee(s).

If the price of a product drops within 30 days of your purchase, just contact us and we will issue a store credit for the difference (up to $100).
Note: Items purchased through a bundling arrangement, specific promotion, or coupon are not eligible for the Lowest Price Guarantee. The guarantee only applies to standard “in cart” prices.

You may contact us at anytime within 30 days of your purchase to benefit from your $100 Price Guarantee. You must contact us for credit to be applied, automatic credit will not be issued if a price changes. DirectCycleParts.com will be the final arbiter of all claims under the $100 Price Guarantee, and all claim determinations will be final.

PAYMENT
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Direct Deposit, and PayPal. We no longer accept Checks, Money Orders, or Certified Checks. We do not ship COD. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If a part is damaged during shipping, please advise the shipping carrier of any damage. Please have the driver mark the parcel as damaged in their log upon delivery. All damage claims must be made within 2 business days from the date your package was received or dropped off. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can have the carrier sent out to retrieve the pacakge. As soon as we show the package in the hands of the carrier, we can re-ship the product for you.

If the parcel was not damaged, but the part is damaged from the manufacturer, in the box. Please refer to the warranty for that manufacturer, or contact us.

BACKORDERS
Occasionally, the demand for a product exceed the volume that the manufacturer can produce. If an item is not available, you will not be charged (refunded if paid with PayPal) for the product. We will contact you with-in 24 hours if this happens. When an item becomes available you will be notified before it is billed and shipped. Pre-orders: If an item shows it is available for Pre-Order it, you may add it to your cart and check you. You will be added to the list for when the product becomes available. You are not obligated to purchase the item. The Pre-order items are relased in order in which we receive the pre-order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time we only accept orders from Puerto Rico, Guam, and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

PRICE POLICY
DirectCycleParts.com internal price list is subject to change without notice. Price updates are made when vendors supply us with their pricing updates. Prices are subject to change at any time. We are not responsible for pricing errors or legally bound to sell at posted or advertised prices. Although it is quite rare, you will be notified of price changes on any parts before they are billed/shipped.

We employ the latest technology on our servers using Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption that works with Microsoft Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape Navigator, AOL’s browsers, etc to protect all of your information. PRIVACY
The amount of information you provide depends on you. DirectCycleParts.com uses the information you provide to secure your order and get your parts to you.
We receive and store information you enter on our web site. For example, we collect information you provide when placing an order. This information would include: your name, mailing address, billing address, email address, your phone number, along with other information you submit. (example: comments on an order or year/make of bike)
No information is ever traded, sold, or shared with anyone else. You will only receive an email from us, if you have placed an order or subscribed to our newsletter which you can unsubscribe from at anytime.
