• All pads feature two chrome straps but only 9" tall pads have a threaded center hole for blind mounting plus the optional top bracket
• Available in two styles, Vintage (smooth) or with studs and conchos
• Fits all Harley-Davidson and aftermarket bars with welded insert plates or with no center insert at all

Note: Will not fit Road King and FLHT bars with die-cast, bolt-in inserts
